Recover a Stored Security Report
Use the wallet address that was checked, the payment transaction hash used for that paid report, and the email address where you want the recovery details delivered.
Self-service recoveryThe wallet and payment TxID must match the same completed paid order. If you originally mistyped your email, you may enter the correct address here and confirm it before the order email is changed.
No rescan. No new payment.
Recovery restores access to the existing stored report. It does not run the blockchain analysis again.
For privacy, this page gives the same neutral response whether or not a match exists. Recovery is available only for completed, verified paid orders; Admin/Internal Test reports are excluded.
